After successful implementation at Korangi Association of Trade & Industry (KATI), SMEDA intends to establish a Third Party Legal Facilitation Center (TPFC), at the premises of Federal B. Area Association of Trade & Industry (FBATI). A legal service provider on SMEDA Network shall sit at the Center on a defined once or twice a week to facilitate members of the association for their legal issues. The project formulation is focused upon increasing “Service Facilitation to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through bridging the gap between the SMEs and service providers.
TPFC at Federal B. Area Association of Trade & Industry (FBATI) has been finalized with the consent of Executive Committee of FBATI and an Inaugural Ceremony has been proposed to be held on 25th May, 2010 at FBATI Premises.
