Evaluation process and screening:
First, screening will be done on the applications (Client Information form) and qualifying candidates according to the selection criteria will be requested for face-to-face interview with the selection committee. The committee will propose the final names of qualifying WEs for approval by the competent authority accordingly, thereafter WEs will be notified. In cases where there are more applications than the available space, ranking on above criteria will be done and in case of tie balloting will be done.

Tenants’ Selection Process:
In order to screen the applications a committee comprising following members has been approved:

  • GM Policy and Planning Division
  • Project Director WBIC

Interviews with the applicants will be organized by Project Manager WBIC. The committee members will evaluate each entrepreneur’s business prospects, strengths, potential to manage their business and appropriateness to use WBIC facilities.

In order to provide a fair chance to all selected tenants to have an access to an office of their choice. Differential Rents for Offices, has been developed keeping in view the location and the size of each cubical. Keeping in view the sizes of the offices and their functional suitability.
