Method & Terms of Sale

  • Separate Sealed Tenders for each item marked "Bids for the Assets of  Aziz Tanneries (Pvt.) Limited " to be submitted by 11:00 a. m. on October 26, 2005 at the CIRC Head Office,  at the address given below.
  • The Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives on the same day.
  • Open bidding will be held among the bidders immediately after opening bids on the same day.
  • Bank draft of Rs. 500,000/- as Call Deposit, for each item in the name of "Corporate & Industrial Restructuring Corporation" is to accompany the bid. In case of acceptance of bid, 15% to be paid within 10 days and   balance to be paid within  90 days of the 1st payment. In case of non-fulfillment in any term, Call Deposit and other payments, if any, shall be forfeited. The Call Deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders.
  • In case of total payment made within 10 days of acceptance of bid 5% rebate will  be allowed. The sale will be subject to the approval of the honourable Lahore High Court, Lahore. Bid can be rejected without assigning any reason.
