Manchester Gift & Fashion Show 2008, Manchester, England: 24-26 November 2008

The MANCHESTER GIFT & FASHION SHOW 2008 is being held in Manchester, England from 24-26 November 2008. The exhibition will be held at the New Century House exhibition hall, a premier exposition venue in Manchester.
 
The exhibition is a display of a wide range of Pakistani gift items,fashion wear and fashion accessories and would be an ideal opportunity for manufacturers and exporters from across the country to target the U.K. market. Spot sales of goods will be allowed. However, exhibitors will have to fulfill the requirements and formalities of the U.K. Customs authorities.

Each exhibitor will be allotted a stand of 6 sq. meters (or multiples, thereof), including 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 spotlights and fascia board with the company name on it. The charges for each 6 sq. meters stand are Rs.162,000. A registration charge of Rs.7,500 per attendee per stand will be in addition to this amount. As a special policy to promote and encourage Women Entrepreneurs from Pakistan, we are offering a special discount of 20% on the stand charges to any firm having the following characteristics:

  • If the firm is a proprietorship / partnership concern (all women only)
  • Member of any Chamber of Commerce and Industry for at least two years, or of SMEDA's special incentive programme for Women Entrepreneurs (copy of membership certificate of respective chamber and/or recommendation letter from SMEDA must accompany application for consideration).
  • Constitution of the firm in terms of proprietor / partners
    has not changed for these two years.

Those interested in exhibiting at the event should submit the completed application forms to the undersigned, together with the applicable charges. The last date for booking of exhibit space is September 6, 2008.
 

The organizers of the exhibition have allowed two exhibitors to share a 9 sq. meter stand, subject to the condition that both such exhibitors will have to submit their respective registration forms together.
