Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject:  Consultancy Services for Baseline Study -

1. You are requested to submit a proposal for conducting Baseline Study as per the attached ToRs.

2. To enable you to submit a proposal, attached are:

vii. Bank Guarantee against Advance Form…….   (Annex VII)

3. Your offer, comprising of a technical and a financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes as per the instruction specified under Section-D of the RFP should reach the following address no later than 26th February, 2012.

If you request additional information, please write to the undersigned.  We would endeavor to provide information expeditiously, but any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date of your proposal.  All/any query regarding the submission of the Proposal may be sent prior to the deadline at the e-mail address mentioned below.
 

4. We look forward to receiving proposals from eligible and qualified firms/organizations as detailed under the qualifications, experience and requirements section of the ToRs, along with the Technical and Financial Proposals in separate sealed envelops as per the instructions mentioned in Section 7 of the RFP.
